This full-time role requires interpreting schematics, diagnosing analog/digital controls, and developing basic PLC programs to improve manufacturing performance, with collaboration across maintenance teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs and industrial networks.
• Ability to interpret advanced schematics and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Maintenance Technician 1M duties.
• Interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls schematics regardless of machine origin.
• Troubleshoot VFDs, servo systems, relay logic, safety circuits, sensors, and distributed I/O.
• Diagnose analog and digital control systems.
• Read and modify basic PLC ladder logic.
• Develop basic PLC programs and machine improvements.
• Support CNC routers, conveyors, finishing systems, and woodworking equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, OEMs, suppliers, and integrators.
