Sika is hiring a Maintenance Electrical Technician for its Sealy, TX facility in the roofing division. You will maintain and troubleshoot electrical, automation, and control systems on extrusion lines and related equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Ideal candidates bring strong PLC/drive/HMI experience, the ability to read schematics, and hands-on testing skills. This role offers multiple shifts and comprehensive benefits consistent with industry standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred in Electrical/Automation.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems up to 480V.
• Install, maintain, and repair motors, controllers, and distribution gear.
• Diagnose failures in production machinery and facility systems.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Perform electrical testing with meters and diagnostic tools.
• Maintain panels, transformers, disconnects, and power supplies.
