OX Paperboard WP, LLC in White Pigeon, MI is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to lead programs and drive proactive initiatives for the paper mill. The role requires collaboration with operations, root-cause investigations, and maintaining safety metrics.

Preferred candidates have 3+ years in EHS, strong communication and time-management skills, and leadership experience in an industrial setting. Salary range is $80,000–$85,000 annually.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• At least three years in environmental or safety fields.
• Experience leading a team in an industrial setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with operations leaders to bring EHS expertise to discussions.
• Identify safety or environmental improvements and drive culture and relationships.
• Lead root cause investigations and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Co-Chair the on-site Joint Safety & Health Committee and oversee audits.
• Maintain safety metrics, training records, and documentation.
• Ensure regulatory deadlines and reporting are met; mentor staff on EHS practices.
