Job summary

Hyper Solutions Inc in Anaheim, CA is seeking an EHS Engineer to develop and maintain Environmental Health & Safety programs across manufacturing and operations. You will ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations while driving continuous improvement initiatives that reduce risk and strengthen safety culture.

This role collaborates with operations, engineering, and leadership to embed EHS into daily operations, equipment installations, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with environmental, health, and safety regulatory requirements (federal, state, local).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard communication, lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and industrial hygiene.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety, ergonomics, and employee safety training practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and procedures in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA planning.
• Support environmental compliance programs including waste management and air emissions.
• Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and management.
• Participate in equipment installations and capital projects to ensure EHS integration.
• Manage contractor safety programs and oversee safe work practices on-site.
