Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Physical AI Automation Engineer to develop and integrate digital twins, 3D environments and simulations that connect virtual models with real-world operations. You will work across CAD/BIM/PLM inputs, 3D pipelines and diverse ecosystems to support deployment and engineering validation.

The role emphasizes hands-on 3D engineering, simulation, and industrial data integration, with travel and collaboration across robotics, IT, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital twins, 3D engineering, simulation, industrial software or systems integration.
• Hands-on experience in at least one core area: 3D model development, discrete-event or physics-based simulation, virtual commissioning.
• Experience with tools and ecosystems such as NVIDIA Omniverse, Unity/Unreal, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, PTC, Ansys, FlexSim, AnyLogic or Visual Components.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate digital twins for products, equipment, production lines, factories and other physical operations.
• Create and prepare 3D environments using CAD/BIM/PLM inputs and asset pipelines.
• Build solutions using Omniverse, OpenUSD, Nucleus, Kit-based apps or similar ecosystems.
• Develop simulations for layout, throughput, material flow, cycle time and resource utilization.
• Connect digital twins with IoT, ERP, MES, WMS and other enterprise systems.
• Develop Python or C++ extensions, connectors and data pipelines to link models with operational data.
• Support design validation, scenario design, testing and results interpretation with stakeholders.
• Create virtual environments for design reviews, operator training and commissioning preparation.
• Implement version control, CI/CD, deployment and documentation for production-quality twins.
