Hillwood Investment Properties is seeking a Development Manager in Atlanta, GA to support the planning, delivery, and oversight of industrial developments including TI, BTS, and speculative projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, brokers, consultants, and municipalities to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

The role requires 2–5 years in CRE development with strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
2–5 years experience in commercial real estate development or related field required.
Experience managing tenant improvements and build‑to‑suit projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Support planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution of developments from inception to completion.
Coordinate activities with development, construction, leasing and asset management teams.
Assist with due diligence, entitlements, permitting, and approvals.
Develop and maintain schedules and budgets, manage risks.
Lead meetings with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with marketing for proposals, pricing, and feasibility.
