Job summary

Hillwood Investment Properties in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Development Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and execution of industrial developments. You will coordinate with internal teams, brokers, consultants, and municipalities to deliver TI, speculative, and BTS projects that meet quality and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate development or related field.
• Experience managing complex tenant improvement projects and development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of industrial developments from inception to completion.
• Coordinate activities with development, construction, leasing, property management, legal, accounting, and asset management teams.
• Assist with due diligence, entitlement, permitting, and municipal approvals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, reporting risks and variances.
• Lead meetings with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive progress.
