Clarion Partners is seeking an Industrial Development Manager to lead light industrial and warehouse development projects across the Central U.S., guiding self-developed and joint venture initiatives from initial site evaluation through project completion.

The role covers the full lifecycle, including site selection, due diligence, entitlements, design, contracting, construction, and first-generation TI and build-to-suit execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 15+ years of industrial real estate development or construction experience.
• Experience leading light industrial/warehouse development from inception to completion.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across markets.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead JV development opportunities from entitlement to execution.
• Oversee development budgets and contractor/consultant contracts.
• Coordinate site selection, due diligence, entitlements, design and construction.
• Manage tenant improvements and build-to-suit projects.
• Partner with asset management and investment teams.
