Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in land municipal approvals and construction.
• Ability to travel 20%-40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development activities across the Mountain South.
• Coordinate and monitor all facets of the development process.
• Manage procurement of permits and oversee on-site progress.
