Summary:

Meta Reality Labs is shaping the future of technology, and Meta’s Industrial Design team is helping bring this next generation of hardware to life. You have experience creating high-quality solutions and use strategic thinking and hands-on skills to create compelling products.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop category-defining products
2. Combine usability, aesthetics, and technical insight to solve complex problems
3. Navigate cross-functional teams in a complex environment
4. Conceive elegant, effective ways to address ergonomic and mechanical challenges
5. Contribute concepts and problem-solving across one or more projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field
• 5+ years of experience developing consumer electronics or wearable tech products
• Demonstrated experience in communication, visualization, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent command of Rhino 3D, SolidWorks, Creo, or NX
• Experience exploring and refining ideas through 2D visualization and physical prototyping
• Experience in designing for mass production
• Ability to thrive in highly ambiguous situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing wearables and wearable accessories

Compensation and Industry:

Public Compensation: $139,000/year to $200,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
