Summary:
As a Software Technical Program Manager at Meta Reality Labs, you will lead a cross-functional core team through the Software Development Process (from early concept phase to launch) to develop and launch industry-leading developer experiences for Meta Quest VR/MR Products. This is a highly visible role, requiring an experienced leader with demonstrated technical skills and business acumen; skilled at communicating with all levels of the company. We look for technical program managers who care about the experiences they work on, who are capable motivators, cross-functional relationship builders, and champions for driving the right level of process to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced innovative environment.
