Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking an Industrial Designer to own the form language and physical identity of a flagship robot platform. You will shape enclosures, surface finishes, and packaging while partnering with engineers to ensure production-ready decisions.

You should have a strong shipped-product portfolio, 3+ years in complex hardware, and deep experience in 3D modeling (Alias/Rhino/SolidWorks) and rendering (KeyShot).

Qualifications

• Shipped physical products with a strong design sensibility.
• 3+ years of experience in complex electromechanical hardware.
• Proficient in 3D modeling, surfacing, and rendering for production.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and DFx reviews.
• Collaborates with engineers and contract manufacturers in fast cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own industrial design for flagship robot hardware from concept to production.
• Translate constraints into clean, intentional design that highlights engineering.
• Lead CMF specification: materials, finishes, color systems, suppliers.
• Own DFM reviews, tolerance stack-ups, assembly sequencing, and part count.
• Shape packaging and user-facing documentation for hardware kits.
