Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.

Responsibilities

• Own Class A surface development for injection molded exterior parts from approved concept geometry to production-intent 3D models.
• Ensure surfaced geometry is DFM-compliant with appropriate draft, wall thickness, and parting line strategy.
• Refine surface models through tooling development and incorporate feedback from sample reviews.
• Define cosmetic finish specifications and CMF documentation for production.
