Job summary

DLR Group's Denver studio seeks an experienced Designer, Industrial to lead day-to-day design and technical development of projects. You will coordinate all project documents with the integrated design team to deliver high-quality work on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience designing in architecture projects (6+ years).
• Ability to coordinate with project teams and manage design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical design solutions while maintaining design excellence.
• Integrate QA/QC and project protocols with PMs.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate delivery of documents.
• Plan, design, and coordinate projects of varying sizes including complex tasks.
• Apply architectural concepts and develop new techniques as needed.
• Ensure BIM standards and QA procedures are followed.
• Lead collaboration within the project team and communicate design ideas.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and align cost estimates with design objectives.
• Participate in client presentations and contribute to project success.
