Responsibilities

  • Develop creative technical solutions to design challenges while maintaining design excellence.
  • Integrate quality assurance/control and company protocols into project work, coordinating with Project Managers.
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules and coordinating the delivery of project documents.
  • Plan, design, and coordinate projects of various sizes, including complex assignments.
  • Apply advanced architectural concepts and develop new techniques as needed.
  • Ensure BIM standards are implemented and oversee quality control procedures.
  • Lead collaboration within the project team, generating and communicating design ideas.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior staff and ensure alignment of cost estimates with design objectives.
  • Participate in client presentations and contribute to project success through effective communication.
  • Manage time and deliverables in alignment with project schedules and budgets.

Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day design and technical development of projects. What You Will Do
