Job summary

Constellium Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Design Lead for our Ravenswood facility. This critical position focuses on directing design services aimed at enhancing productivity and safety through effective engineering drawings and project execution.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience, strong skills in CAD (2D required, 3D preferred), and the ability to provide mentorship within a team. Responsibilities include overseeing design processes and managing large-scale projects with budgets ranging from less than $1M to over $50M.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in relevant field preferred.
