The role requires 10+ years in industrial automation or related fields, a P.E. license, and a proven track record building teams, managing budgets, schedules, and client relations. You will shape technical direction and mentor engineers to deliver high quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading industrial engineering teams on large multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong technical background in industrial electrical, automation, power, instrumentation, or related engineering disciplines.
• Proven ability to build teams, mentor staff, and create a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary industrial engineering department serving industrial, utility, renewable energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure clients.
• Direct department operations including staffing, quality, project execution, safety, mentoring, client relationships, and financial performance.
• Guide complex engineering programs from strategy through delivery and develop standards and execution practices that improve quality and client value.
