The Industrial Department Manager is responsible for the successful implementation and completion of the following tasks, including but not limited to:
The successful candidate combines technical mastery with proven leadership experience and a passion for developing people with expertise including but not limited to:
BSEE, BSEET or MSEE preferred; BSME, BSMET or other degrees with significant heavy industrial controls and automation background will be considered; 10+ years direct experience in industrial automation or process control or combination of education and experience; P.E. required; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organization and planning skills; ability to lead a team; commitment to quality and accuracy; and a willingness to meet fast-paced project schedules. Strong desire to grow and mentor a team while simultaneously developing a client base in the region through direct outreach and business development activities.
