Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years of related experience or 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 0 years with PhD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, constraints, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions to support operational decision-making.
• Develop and support Power BI dashboards, workspaces, and reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain capacity models, labor analyses, forecasts, and reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain factory layout solutions to improve flow, capacity and efficiency.
• Aggregate, cleanse, and validate data from manufacturing systems and databases.
• Support labor standards development, productivity improvement and capacity planning.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing optimization initiatives.
• Partner with local and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and standardization.
