Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years in manufacturing environments (IE/Manufacturing/SC/Logistics).
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment.
• Advanced statistical knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Coding skills: Python and SQL.
• Experience building/maintaining PowerBI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Create data tools and processes to analyze and filter data.
• Recommend system and behavior changes for better data quality.
• Collaborate with global teams to standardize improvements.
• Develop data visualizations for global manufacturing metrics.
• Generate reports tracking capacity, cycle time, and labor hours.
• Lead dashboards for production metrics.
• Support data aggregation, cleansing, analysis, and visualization globally.
• Analyze global efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Lead global KPI reporting projects.
• Identify capacity constraints and benchmarking opportunities between factories.
• Promote teamwork through open communication.
• Participate in team meetings and status updates.
• Maintain documentation for Best Known Methods on material/people flow and factory layout.
• Develop strategies to support capacity growth in changing markets.
