Job summary

Crest Industries, through its DIS-TRAN Steel division, is seeking an Industrial Custodian to join the Pineville team. This role keeps buildings clean and orderly, performing heavy cleaning duties, stocking paper products, emptying waste cans, sweeping, mopping and dusting as part of daily operations.

You will handle routine maintenance notifications, clean debris from walking areas, service restrooms, follow chemical-use procedures, and prepare cleaning solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting and stocking paper products.
• Performs routine maintenance notifications and reports repairs.
• Cleans debris from walking areas and services restrooms.
• Follows chemical safety procedures when using cleaners.
• Prepares cleaning solutions per specifications.
