Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or custodial work in industrial settings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling and cleaning procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors.
• Wax furniture and clean fixtures.
• Dispose of trash and empty trash receptacles.
• Keep buildings free from indoor pests.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Ensure equipment and lights are switched off and premises are locked after hours.
• Collaborate with contract cleaning services.
• Maintain regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
