Job summary

Cleaning Technologies Group in Cincinnati is seeking a hands-on, dependable Custodian to maintain a busy industrial facility, ensuring the environment is clean, safe, organized, and ready for production.

You will work throughout the facility, maintain manufacturing and common areas, manage scrap and supplies, assist with facility needs, operate the company truck, and support with equipment and material movement for production.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–4 years of practical factory or manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to identify problems and determine potential solutions.

Responsibilities

Maintain manufacturing areas, lunch areas, restrooms, common areas, and other workspaces.
Operate the company truck for pickups and tow the company trailer when needed.
Supervise utility personnel performing housekeeping and facility-support duties.
Set up and tear down spaces for meetings, company functions, and special events.
Identify facility and work-process issues and determine practical solutions.
Communicate progress and completed work to employees, supervisors, and other departments about work in progress.
