Job summary
Lumafield is seeking a technically sharp, customer-obsessed Solutions Architect to partner with our sales team and help manufacturers unlock value with cutting-edge industrial CT. You’ll be the technical lead in pre- and post-sale cycles, designing solutions with Neptune, Triton, and Voyager to address business challenges and drive measurable ROI.
You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to win deals, deploy solutions, and feed field insights back
Qualifications
- Engineering background with hands-on exposure to quality, inspection, or product development.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead across the sales cycle with Account Executives.
- Conduct technical discovery to understand parts, inspection workflows, and success criteria.
- Design evaluations and proofs-of-concept for customer parts and translate results into actionable findings.
- Assist in building business cases with ROI models and executive-ready reports.
- Recommend Neptune, Triton, and Voyager configurations based on customer needs.
- Deliver demos and technical presentations to diverse audiences.
- Define solution requirements and hand off to Customer Success.
- Provide field feedback to Product/Engineering on gaps and use cases.
- Create reusable technical collateral to scale the sales effort.
