Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Industrial Crew Lead to supervise and coordinate crew activities across hydro-blasting, vacuuming, and related industrial services. You will ensure safety and quality while guiding team members through tasks, inspections, and equipment setup.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, CDL is preferred, and 2 years of industrial cleaning experience with prior supervisory exposure. Overtime may be required in this essential operations role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class A CDL strongly preferred; Tanker endorsement required or to be obtained shortly after hire.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial cleaning experience; refinery/paper/manufacturing/power generation experience preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience operating hydro-blasting, vacuum, and high-pressure cleaning equipment required.
• Overtime availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches crew members, providing feedback and training.
• Follows safety policies, completes JHA and safety paperwork, reports incidents.
• Inspects job sites and equipment, reports deficiencies.
• Operates and sets up hydro-blasting, vacuum, and high-pressure equipment.
• Performs manual labor around heavy machinery in hazardous environments.
