Job summary

Action Environmental is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee crew and equipment on client sites, ensuring work is performed safely and to customer standards. Ideal candidates have 3–10 years in industrial cleaning or remediation and prior supervisory experience.

This role involves operating hydro blasting, chemical cleaning, vacuum trucks, and high-pressure water systems, with travel and overtime as required. A strong safety record is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in industrial cleaning or project remediation.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to read work orders and service receipts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew and equipment on plant/project site to ensure safety and quality.
• Supervise hydro blasting, chemical cleaning, vacuum truck operation, and tank cleaning.
• Operate high-pressure water blast equipment for cleaning heavy industrial equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer requirements.
• Complete paperwork and assist in equipment inspections.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and manage overtime/weekend work as needed.
