Job summary

LGG INDUSTRIAL in Springville, UT seeks a Counter Technician to support branch operations and help achieve growth targets. You will quote customers, assemble and test industrial hoses, and provide technical assistance to account management and service teams.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and strong customer relationships in a fast-paced retail/industrial environment. Ideal candidates have warehousing experience, high school diploma or GED, and solid math and computer skills.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
1-3 years of related warehousing, construction or production experience.
A high school diploma or GED.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Ability to work nights and weekends, as required.
Ability to work overtime, as required.
Background checks and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
Quote customers using product knowledge in person or via phone/email.
Build, test, and inspect industrial hose assemblies for customer needs.
Provide technical/service support to account management and customers.
Process inquiries to the sales system.
Meet budgeted branch sales goals.
Monitor on‑time delivery commitments and expedite as needed.
Monitor customer inventory for sales order fulfillment.
Make outbound calls for new sales growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
