Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in industrial distribution or hydraulic hose and fittings is preferred (Parker Hannifin experience a plus).
• Forklift certification preferred and valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to company ethics and standards.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints using problem-solving skills.
• Provide accurate product and technical information to support customer needs.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Estimate delivery timelines based on inventory levels, supplier availability, and production schedules.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups with potential and existing customers via phone and email.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products; ensure accuracy and quality.
• Pick, package, stage, and ship products using company-approved methods and carriers.
• Support inventory management, including cycle counts and quality control.
• Perform assembly and light fabrication work, including hose building and operation of related equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in required training and collaborate with internal teams as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
