Zusammenfassung

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support construction cost management services for clients delivering complex industrial projects. This role will be responsible for estimating, cost planning, cost reporting, change management, and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting industrial construction projects such as manufacturing facilities, processing plants, logistics and distribution

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
RICS accreditation is valuable and encouraged.

Aufgaben

Advising client on strategies, managing prequalification of vendors, assessing proposals, bids and bid levelling documents, and chairing bid interviews.
Developing project estimates including construction costs, fees, direct work and other costs, and reviewing estimates by junior team members.
Establishing cost reporting schedules, reviewing cost reports and forecasts, and maintaining the commercial risk register.
