Qualifications
- Associates Degree in electronics or related field.
- Read, write, and speak English.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial automated controls preferred.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and interpret drawings.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems for manufacturing equipment.
- Support operations by resolving chronic electrical issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Interface with PLCs and peripheral equipment (Rockwell Automation).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to completion.
- Communicate with team leaders, engineering, and production staff.
- Assist in deployment of projects across operations as needed.
