Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 4+ years in Electronic/Industrial/Manufacturing roles or equivalent
• Associate degree in Mechatronics or Industrial Electronics preferred
• Experience reading schematics and wiring diagrams; basic PLC troubleshooting
• Ability to apply Ohm's Law and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems
• Proficient cross-functional communication and documentation skills
• Foundational PLC programming and ladder logic interpretation

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and maintenance of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Assist with installation, debugging, and startup of new equipment with Engineering
• Maintain detailed equipment logs and document process changes
• Support vision systems and automated inspection tools
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment issues
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and Quality System Requirements (QSR)
