Jobot is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician II to support maintenance, installation, and commissioning of industrial automation systems across multiple sectors. You will gain exposure to controls, instrumentation, networking, and system startup activities while contributing to shop and customer-site projects with minimal travel.

Qualifications

Experience with industrial controls, automation, instrumentation, or electrical systems.
Knowledge of control panels, electrical systems, and industrial equipment.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass required background screening and substance testing requirements.

Responsabilités

Assemble, wire, and test industrial control panels and automation equipment.
Stage projects and prepare materials based on bills of materials and project documentation.
Review electrical drawings and documentation for accuracy and communicate discrepancies.
Support equipment testing, quality assurance activities, and shipment preparation.
Maintain compliance with established quality and safety standards.
Perform installation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial automation systems.
Configure and troubleshoot field instrumentation and control devices.
Collaborate remotely with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
