AIRONX Technologies seeks a hands-on Controls Engineer to develop, integrate, and commission control systems for industrial automation. You will support PLC/HMI programming, safety, robotics, vision, and diagnostics from development through customer-site startup.
The role requires strong troubleshooting and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with travel to customer locations for installations and commissioning.
Competenze
- Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant experience in electrical/control engineering.
- Hands-on PLC programming and HMI development experience.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret control system docs.
- Strong problem solving, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork.
Mansioni
- Develop, test, and debug PLC ladder logic and structured text.
- Design operator-friendly HMI/SCADA screens for controls and diagnostics.
- Program safety PLCs and interlocks; configure safety devices.
- Robot programming, sequencing, and recovery routines.
- Integrate vision/inspection cameras for part presence and guidance.
- Read schematics, map I/O, validate software, and support commissioning.
