Job summary

Inceed, L.L.C. is partnering with a Tulsa manufacturing company to hire a Control Design Engineer. You will design electrical control panels for internal and OEM projects, create 2D wiring schematics and BOMs, and translate customer requirements into panel circuitry.

The role supports sales, procurement and production, assists during commissioning, and manages multiple projects. NEC code knowledge, PLC/VFD skills, and CAD tooling are valued, with limited travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of panel design experience.
• Experience reading and creating wiring diagrams.
• Strong understanding of electrical wiring and component integration.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Effective communication in a team environment.
• Knowledge of NEC code and motor control circuits.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical control panels for internal and OEM projects.
• Create 2D wiring schematics and bills of materials.
• Read customer requirements and develop matching panel circuitry.
• Support sales, procurement, and production teams as needed.
• Assist during commissioning and customer communication.
• Balance multiple projects at the same time.
• Help identify practical solutions for technical needs.
