Job summary

LHH is seeking a versatile Marketing Content Creator & Graphic Designer to support digital marketing, social media, promotional campaigns, and in-store creative. The role combines strong graphic design with hands-on social content creation, photo/video capture, and collaboration with the Marketing team.

You will develop digital and print assets, manage content calendars, and work on campaigns, events, and community initiatives in a hybrid Austin environment.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing digital and print design across channels.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience creating social content and promotional campaigns.
• Ability to adapt campaigns across email, web, social, and print.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple projects in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Campaign Creative: design email graphics, banners, ads, and print collateral.
• Social Media & Content Creation: create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok; write captions.
• Project Coordination: clarify requirements, manage deadlines, and handle revisions.
