Nbutexas in SW Georgia is seeking an Industrial Construction Project Manager who will partner with the Construction Manager to deliver complex industrial projects on schedule and within budget. You will lead field crews, coordinate subcontractors, review drawings, and uphold safety standards, while communicating with clients and senior leadership to ensure excellence on every project.

This hands-on role requires travel and staying onsite through project milestones; you will prepare weekly

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Actively seeking an Industrial Construction Project Manager willing to relocate to SW Georgia.

We're seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Project Manager to partner with our Construction Manager in delivering complex industrial construction projects and exceptional results for our clients. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee multiple construction crews and subcontractors, build strong client relationships, and keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll communicate with customers and senior leadership, solve challenges as they arise, and ensure every project is executed with excellence. Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success managing construction projects from start to finish

• Track labor hours, schedules, budgets, and project milestones
• Ensure all subcontractors meet safety, certification, and quality expectations
• Proactively identify risks and implement solutions before they impact project delivery

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
