Nbutexas in SW Georgia is seeking an Industrial Construction Project Manager who will partner with the Construction Manager to deliver complex industrial projects on schedule and within budget. You will lead field crews, coordinate subcontractors, review drawings, and uphold safety standards, while communicating with clients and senior leadership to ensure excellence on every project.

This hands-on role requires travel and staying onsite through project milestones; you will prepare weekly

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, field personnel, and project schedules.
• Ability to develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong OSHA knowledge and construction safety practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fabrication or industrial construction processes.
• Willingness to travel and remain onsite throughout project durations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction planning through final completion.
• Partner closely with the Construction Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Direct subcontractor activities and monitor overall project performance.
• Review project progress and communicate status updates to senior leadership.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, labor records, and field reporting.
• Promote a culture centered on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
