System One is seeking a Project Manager for Industrial Construction & Capital Projects in Elizabethtown, PA. This onsite, direct-hire role calls for overseeing capital construction, expansion, and renovation from planning through closeout.

You will build scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers while maintaining safety and quality standards. A PMP or similar training is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in construction/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct capital construction, expansion, and renovation projects from planning through closeout.
• Build project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate work among internal departments, contractors, design professionals, suppliers, and regulators.
• Supervise field activity to ensure safety, quality, and site requirements.
• Chair project meetings and deliver progress reports to leadership.
