Our client is a highly respected and growing General Contractor with a strong presence across the Midwest and Texas, delivering complex industrial, manufacturing, distribution and mission‑critical projects across multiple markets.
With a substantial pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking to add an experienced Project Executive to provide senior‑level leadership across large and complex projects, while developing client relationships, leading preconstruction and driving continued business growth.
The business is seeking an experienced construction leader who can operate at an executive level with limited operational oversight, taking overall accountability for project success, profitability, client relationships, team development and winning future work.
The Project Executive will act as the overall project and client executive, leading large and/or multiple projects while providing strategic direction to project teams from pursuit and preconstruction through final closeout.
The role will have significant involvement in preconstruction, financial management, risk mitigation, client development and business development, while mentoring Project Managers, Superintendents and other project team members.

Experience with design‑build, early contractor involvement, complex logistics, long‑lead procurement and technically demanding environments is highly desirable.
This is more than a traditional project management position. The successful candidate will act as the overall account and client executive, providing strategic leadership while helping grow the company's industrial and manufacturing business.
The ability to develop existing client relationships, identify new opportunities, participate in pursuits and interviews, and generate repeat business will be a key component of the position.
Candidates should be comfortable operating with senior owners, executives, design partners and trade partners while simultaneously developing and mentoring high‑performing project teams.
