The role requires strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and excellent communication to lead teams toward project goals while upholding safety and quality standards on industrial facilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ASME codes and related standards governing repair, replacement, and modification activities in power generation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents to ensure specifications are followed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating construction crews, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets on industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the construction process for industrial projects.
• Manage construction crews and subcontractors to keep work on time and within budget.
• Monitor project budgets and adjust as necessary to stay on track.
