Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end HVAC delivery on large-scale retail and corporate environments. You will plan, schedule, scope, and coordinate field activities with engineering and construction teams to meet design and performance goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
• Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required
• Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Manage interface between all suppliers through trackers and reviews
• Manage flow of project information through meetings and written communications
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budget
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders
