Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager for multi-use facility construction to oversee projects from initiation through completion, including ground-up and infrastructure work. Role may require up to 50% regional travel, primarily in the Eastern Time Zone, and collaborative work with clients to finalize scope, budgets, and schedules.

Qualified candidates have 5–8 years of experience in construction, with ground-up and MEP exposure; LEED AP, PMP, or CCM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience is strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software (Kahua or similar) and ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, schedules, quality control, and risk.
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement governance, ensure data integrity, and track progress with status reporting.
• Lead the project delivery team and create action plans to meet objectives and budgets.
• Identify threats, develop risk mitigation plans, and apply standard PM practices.
• Coach others and model CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
