Job summary

LPX Group in Louisville seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects within active processing facilities. You will own cost, schedule, and client relationships, guiding teams to successful, on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will develop budgets, track forecasts, manage subcontracts, and coordinate field work with document control, engineering, and leadership. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in industrial construction environments.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction to closeout with full ownership of cost and schedule.
• Strong contract interpretation, risk management, and client interaction skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Excel, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
• Experience managing subcontracts, buyouts, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of projects from preconstruction to closeout with full ownership.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting; track performance vs estimate.
• Review contracts, manage subcontracts and purchase orders, and define scope.
• Plan schedules, coordinate field activities, and maintain master project schedules.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and change orders; monitor quality and safety.
• Maintain client relationships and drive project communications and meetings.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for cost, schedule, and compliance.
• Support estimating and preconstruction with scope and pricing input.
