Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, construction, and commissioning of mechanical infrastructure for a large-scale manufacturing facility.

This on-site role partners with construction, facilities, operations, and maintenance teams to deliver capital projects safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in industrial environments, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and hands-on knowledge of utility systems, HVAC, piping, and equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing/construction projects.
• Experience in manufacturing facilities or large commercial construction environments.
• Strong understanding of facility mechanical infrastructure and industrial utilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, support, and implement mechanical systems for new construction and facility expansions.
• Develop and review mechanical drawings, piping diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Support installation, commissioning, startup, and project closeout.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, controls, facilities, and construction teams.
• Perform engineering calculations for mechanical systems and piping.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and as-built documents.
