Job summary

ProcessBarron is seeking a Deputy Construction Manager to oversee industrial construction activities across North America, partnering with the Senior Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project delivery.

The role focuses on leadership of field teams, development of workforce capabilities, adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across projects and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in industrial construction, field operations or related disciplines.
• Experience supervising or leading construction teams and labor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of industrial construction projects.
• Monitor schedules, productivity, safety, and quality to meet profitability targets.
• Lead field operations and coordinate with field leaders to optimize resources and performance.
• Support startup, execution, closeout, and lessons-learned activities.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
