Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in industrial or construction environments with exposure to specialized craft work.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or project plans.
• Knowledge of basic safety practices and ability to follow guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good physical endurance for manual labor and lifting heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fabrication, welding, installation, or maintenance under guidance of skilled craftsmen.
• Transport and handle materials, tools, and equipment for the team.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, or shaping components as directed.
• Assist with installation and assembly of industrial systems or machinery.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery under supervision.
• Apply concrete, mortar, or epoxy coatings to surfaces as needed.
• Support scaffolding assembly/disassembly for specialized work.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards with PPE compliance.
