Qualifications

• Physical endurance and ability to lift heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with specialized craft activities under supervision.
• Transport and handle materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, or shaping components.
• Assist with installation and assembly of industrial systems or machinery.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Mix, pour, and apply materials like concrete or epoxy coatings.
• Assist in assembling scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE usage; report hazards.
• Perform quality checks against project specs and standards.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and ready for use.
• Support troubleshooting of basic material/tool issues.
• Mentor less experienced Laborer I team members.
• Help maintain project timelines and on-schedule tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
