You will oversee onsite staff, manage equipment and materials, and drive productivity to meet daily cost objectives. Strong leadership, planning, and compliance with safety standards are essential at our nationwide operations.

Qualifications

• Education: no minimum education requirements.
• Experience: 4 years' experience as a Janitor Foreman.
• Certification/License: A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small amount of onsite equipment fleet.
• Recruit hourly trade personnel.
• Execute Look Ahead schedules.
• Manage craftsmen, equipment, and material resources.
• Logistics planning.
• Execute project Work Plans.
• Work crews productively and efficiently; meet daily cost objectives.
• Training.
• Purchasing of unincorporated materials, tools, supplies.
• Safe work place.
• Quality of work.
• Review contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, and schematics to determine the nature and scope of the work.
• Execute Work Plans for major components of work and monitor adherence to Work Plans.
• Execute established procedures for ordering self-perform materials, supplies, and small tools from approved suppliers.
• Monitor daily labor costs and production rates; take corrective action to improve productivity.
• Encourage craftsmen to develop efficient methods and provide coaching.
• Execute hourly timecard reporting.
• Maintain equipment and conduct preventive maintenance training.
• Provide a detailed construction plan for each day and one-week plan.
• Manage QA/QC inspections for owner acceptance.
• Inspect work and ensure tolerances and performance standards.
