Job summary

Procon E&C is seeking a Construction Estimator / Preconstruction Coordinator to manage estimating, bid coordination, and preconstruction activities for industrial projects primarily in Buford, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in estimating and possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

• 3+ years of relevant estimating, bid coordination, or preconstruction experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PDF/document review tools.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoff and prepare estimating worksheets.
• Support pricing sheet preparation for internal management review.
• Coordinate bid deliverables, due dates, and submission requirements.
