Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Procore).
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates from bid documents and blueprints.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment across all trades.
• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope of work to identify cost risks and impacts.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers in the pre‑construction phase.
• Maintain cost databases, historical data, and estimating templates.
• Support bid submissions, proposals, and client presentations.
